Our Portfolio

Our real estate portfolio provides exposure to leading food retailers in Europe. The grocery and daily-goods industry have experienced stable, non-cyclical growth over long time, even in times of financial crisis. The portfolio is well diversified with approximately 650 properties in 7 countries, and no property stands for more than 1.3 % of the group’s net operating income.

The portfolio reflects our customers’ demand for operating in today’s commercial environment and enables them to leverage on the physical unit as a cornerstone in their customer offering. The stores are important marketplaces in the local community and are also natural distribution networks for e-commerce. We encourage and support our tenants to improve their environmental footprint by investing in modern buildings, encourage that our property roofs are used for solar panels and land for recycling stations.
